Terms of Use

1. Acceptance
YouthOS (together with the visitor app, "the platform") is operated by Radoslav Ivanov on behalf of the youth center you interact with ("the center"), which is responsible for its own programs and for decisions about your data — see Privacy Policy Section 1. By creating an account, checking in to an event, booking accommodation, or otherwise using the platform, you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility
The platform is intended for use by youth-center visitors, volunteers, and staff. Visitors under 16 use the platform under the responsibility of a parent or legal guardian, consistent with the children's-data section of our Privacy Policy.
3. Your account
- You are responsible for keeping your login method (phone number) secure.
- Your visitor code/QR code is personal to you — don't share it in a way that lets someone else be checked in or receive services as you.
- Staff accounts are for authorized personnel only and must not be shared.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Provide false identity information when registering or checking in.
- Use the platform to access or attempt to access another visitor's personal data without authorization.
- Interfere with the platform's normal operation or attempt to circumvent its security controls.
5. Data and privacy
Our collection and use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, including your rights to access, export, and erase your data.
6. Liability
The platform is provided "as is" for the purpose of administering youth center programs. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date and version above, and, where required, we will ask you to re-confirm your acceptance.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
